Despite being the founder, Peter Nduati leads the management team in effecting the resolutions of the board of directors and where applicable the various board committees’ decisions while ensuring that the Chairman is alerted to forthcoming complex, contentious or sensitive issues affecting the Group of which the Chairman may not be privy to.
