If there is one programme that captures its purpose, it is Inuka. The name means "rise up," and for hundreds of young Kenyans living with disabilities, that is exactly what the scholarship has made possible. Every year since 2016, the Foundation has sponsored one girl and one boy with disabilities from each of Kenya's 47 counties. The scholarship recognises a reality that often receives too little attention.

Working in partnership with the Kenya Forest Service, Community Forest Associations and local implementation partners, DTB is supporting the restoration of degraded coastal ecosystems that protect shorelines, capture carbon, support marine biodiversity and strengthen climate resilience.
The Paediatric Cardiac Programme expands access to life-saving diagnosis, surgery and post-operative care for vulnerable children while strengthening Kenya's capacity to deliver highly specialised cardiac services locally. Working with clinical experts, donors and strategic partners, the programme supports early diagnosis, complex cardiac surgery and long-term follow-up care, reducing dependence on treatment abroad while building sustainable national expertise.
Creating lasting change begins by removing these barriers.This is the purpose of Jubilee Children's Fund, a social investment arm by Jubilee Group. Jointly funded by the Company and its employees, the Fund is committed to expanding access to education and healthcare for children from disadvantaged backgrounds, creating opportunities for them to thrive while contributing to stronger families and more inclusive communities.
Through the Future Ni Digital programme, Stanbic Kenya Foundation is helping young people, women, and entrepreneurs build the capabilities needed to participate in an increasingly digital economy.
Working with the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS), Kenya Forest Service (KFS), WWF Kenya and county governments, the Foundation has supported the restoration of degraded forest landscapes across some of Kenya's most important ecological zones. Its work spans the Aberdare Range, Kaptagat Forest and, most recently, Chepalungu Forest in Bomet County.
The airline sees its daily operations as a response to that reality. Connecting Kenyan exporters to worldwide markets makes it easier to ship tea, coffee, cut flowers, and other agricultural items that support rural communities. By training and hiring Kenyans in specialized aviation professions, it creates human capital that lasts beyond any single trip.
Environmental conservation forms an integral component of Sasini’s community impact because healthy ecosystems directly support rural livelihoods. During 2025, the company reported planting more than 1.4 million trees while restoring riparian ecosystems as part of its broader commitment to planting three million trees by 2030.
